Omega Seafood is a family-owned and operated New Zealand shellfish company. Founders Chris and Trish Redwood have been mussel farming for 40 years, and processing our New Zealand Greenshell Mussels and Littleneck Clams for almost 20 years.
We pride ourselves on producing a high-quality product that is convenient and easy for everyone. Without additives and full of innate flavour, our mussels and clams provide the presentation and preparation options of fresh shellfish, without the time wastage, and food safety concerns. Our products enjoy a 12 month chilled shelf life (mussels keep 24 months frozen).
